I’ve been ever so busy!

B- Frosted mini wheat, serving size (21 crisps)
L- 1/2 turkey sub with water~
D- 80 calorie ‘lite’ wheat bread with 3 slices of turkey, 1 piece of lettuce, and mustard & a banana
Also, I’m down 3 pounds.
Which is awesome considering the no time I’ve had.
Swimming for 45 minutes every morning, since last Wednesday, I missed today but made up for it, gym from 1:30-3:00 at school, i did everything! Arms, Legs, Biked for 6 miles. Feeling pretty good!
